I am not a fun of either basketball or football, this is the first time i hear about Oakland Raiders and Oakland Raiders Jerseys,.I have a pen friend in Oakland, that is because i want to improve my english reading and writing, their is also a friend from Oakland who want to improve his Chinese, so we become pen friends, it have been more than six years we have been writing with each other, in one of his letters, he mentioned the football team of his hometown, the player in this team are all hero in his eyes, he telling me the storys about Oakland Raiders and details about each player take part in this team. The Oakland Raiders Jersey are black and white, with no other colors, this may make the jersey looks a bit dull, while the most famous number on the jersey are 12,20,21,56,32,75. When i ask him why the serial number are discontinuous? His answer because they love to do so......He also ask mu which number do i love best. 22, i answered, since i was 22 years old that year.
Weeks later, i got a white Oakland Raiders Jersey with the number 22 printed on both side, he send it to me as a birthday gift, though he know i do not love football at all, and i will never enter the world of football, but he hope very much i will be interested in the ball. Up to now, the jersey is still lay at the bottom of my closet, hills and rivers may change its position, while people's character is hard to change, this is also a proverb of China.
